Seedling overwater or underwater?

Currently I have 4 plants growing in FFHF that I have been watering when the top 2” of soil feels dry and I’ve been giving them appx. 50ml of water each and while my other 3 plants seem happy this one doesn’t. I also noticed this one is a darker green than the rest. It was doing just fine yesterday up until I just watered it last night and the soil on this one already feels dry but I’m scared to water again. Please help! The sides of the leaves seem to be curing down as well as you can tell my the pic.

I did have this plant directly in the middle beneath my light I’ll rearrange it and see what happens. Also so you suggest not watering them as much? Thanks!

There is more in that pot than just Happy Frog

it’s dry and needs water.
All that’s in the pot is Happy Frog and I’ve been watering nothing but distilled water ph’ed between 6.2-6.5. Okay I’ll water them in an hour when I get home from work thanks!
