Seedling Problem? (PHOTO INCLUDED)

alright dude, so intill i get the cfl bulb or the spiral fluorescent light bulb, can i just use the 100 watt regular light bulb for now? i just wont put it as close, should i do that or just stick witht the sunlight?

at this ponit a seedling can't handle direct sunlight very well, a small fan and a regular light will be fine,,you want the leaves gently dancing , not blowing over & that will strenghten the stem. gotta run , good luck

thats an incandescent bulb you are talking about those put out way more heat than they do usefull light but i guess thats better than nothing. cfl stands for compact florescent light they are those spiral lights and they work like 10 times better than incandescents. try and pick up some cfls from wal mart go for the 6400 k or around there for the color temp those are good for veging, they put out more blue light. also you could mix in a few 2600k (not sure about these numbers exactly but around these color temps is fine) i would try and get these lights as soon as posible if i were you cuz those "regular" light bulbs arent gonna cut it, the window sill might actaully be a little better untill you get the proper lighting. if you dont your plants are just gonna end up back to where you are now all sstreacty
