Seedling problems

So I haven't grown in about 9 years and I am having problems I've never had before. Seedlings have never been a problem with me and I usually have around 90% germination rate and I was able to get them to the vegetative state without much trouble. I started them in a root riot cube in a humidity dome. This time I'm using LEDs. It's a growers choice roi e720 that I have 2 feet from the plants at 25% power. The seedlings seemed to be getting leggy and tall so I transferred them to to solo cups or in the case of the 2 auto flowers I put them in bigger pots once they had a taproot sticking out of the root riot. This might have been my first mistake because I kind of rushed to take them out of the humidity dome because they were getting too tall and leggy. I maybe should of waited to let them get more of a root structure but I also heard that with auto flowers u want to sprout them in the pots u were gonna finish them because ruderalis strains can be finicky. The solo cups and pots are filled with promix hpcc and I'm using distilled water from the store. The Temp and humidity is around 75 degrees and 50% humidity. I gave them all a pretty good spray with water when I transplanted them and tried to keep the soil wet because I thought in the seedlings stage they need plenty of moisture. I maybe over watered them so I gave them about a day or 2 without watering but I'm not sure if that helped. The bigger ones are the auto flowers that are doing the best and seemed healthy but now the tips of the leaves are starting to do what they others are doing. They started kind of drying up and curling down. If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated!

If you actually overwatered they will recover in a week not a day or so
Slow growth is often closed by trying to transplant seedlings that are to young and once the young roots are damaged they may never recover
Patience and not doing things to such small plants is key
