Seedling roots wont grow

I have a 3 week oldish seedling/plant and it is not growing. I'm using rapid rooters and i cant get roots out the plug. I've tried letting it dry out more often they just don't want to escape. the first set of true leaves is turning yellowish/pale and cotyledons have fell off at first i think i gave it too much h2o2 at around 5 days old cuz overwatering its growing but really slow I just started giving it 150 ppm of gh flora series 3 part too little? I don't want to burn it and make it worse should i be feeding by now 1/4 strength? I just put it in dwc to see if maybe they'll just grow into water/bubbles any suggestions are appreciated thanks Pics+Included

Tap water
Res/water temp 24c/75f
18/6 light
Medium currently RR in Hydroton

Last pic is a 10 day old that is about how moist the rapidrooter is in the hydroton when i top feed about every 24 hours thank you

I personally would just not go nutes or anything for a little while and see what happens when she goes on her own.

Thanks for the quick reply this forum is great. That's what I was thinking since the roots are not showing I risk the chance of over feeding? What I have read a lot is start feeding when 3rd node appears but that's probably only if it was healthy right? If you look closely the 2nd leaves are pointing straight up and the first set is almost all pale its starting to affect the 2nd node. When do you think I should start feeding? This is my first grow and it's in hydro.I have other ones that are looking green and luscious and are in the dwc bucket I'm hoping they find the water soon I don't want to check on the delicate roots yet its only been three days should I be keeping them near the bottom the net pod . Do you think this one has a chance of living? ? What seeds are you using?
My plants were the same at 2 weeks old ,i were overwatering them bad ,and adding nutes way to early(newbie mistake)
This was my first grow aswell , my plants have started growing heaps since i have stoped watering so often
i started feeding again a couple of days ago 1/4 strenth

Yeah I got to relax and let them do there own thing its hard when your worried about them lol @ clint those are looking great I have to subscribe to your grow good stuff. I know when the roots hit the water they should take off. I thought about switching to soil because it takes off quick as I seen with a lot of pics the roots could find lower ground the rapid rooter is only 2 1/2 inchs and the tap root follows quick with no where to go in the tray and it dried on me with the three week old so I guess it got shocked. if the roots are white and ph is good and im top feeding it should find water eventually right should I put her back in the tray?? I'm using 5 strains blue Dream, Purple kush auto, 2 different cheeses , and nirvana chrystal from attitude sb

I think some of my mothers paranoia is rubbing of on me now lol I woke up & The leaves on the 3 week old are pointing straight up I'm like what now and the whole thing is lighter almost yellower any thoughts?

Just a noob question, but why? Thats very low for nute temp,isn't it? At 19c the roots stop working altogether, or are you suggesting cooling the roots down from ambient?
