Seedling stage question - first true leaves pointed upwards.

Hey guys, this is my second grow, and umm, is this normal? This is the first time I've seen a seedling's first true leaves point somewhat upward, not flat.

Yeah. It's reaching for the light. Drop it down a little bit. That should also help it from getting too leggy.
