Hello,
I could use some advise. I have two small plants that I put in dirt one week ago today. They both still have the seed casing on them. Under a loop ( microscope ) I can see that they alive, small hairs and greenish. The seed casing is cracking but VERY slowly. When I water them I spray the casing hoping to soften it. The casing is firmly attached, I tried to move it with a tooth pick! They are under CFL 6500k 23 watts (100 watts reg ). The lite is 6 - 7 inches off the plants!
Is there anything else I could do to get the casing off?
