Hello smokers of the world,Cannabis guy is here:leaf:

i have 4 seedling,1 is still in he's shell - refuse to open , the other 2 of them grow each day
and there's this one , the first one that i planted -that start with advantage, sprout befor everybody else - and now he's stop , like he is stuck , right in the middle of taking off the shell..
it's been 3-4 days - and no progress has made with him
i mean - he was so advance from the others, now he froze..

What's wrong ?
it's time to give him a boost with fertilizer ? ( they are all 9 days old)

No ferts man. I would guess it's just establishing a root system, give it time. Pics would help. If everything is green you should be ok, when you see stuff dying that's when you need to worry.

I would CAREFULLY take the shells off, I've always done so if they weren't coming off on their own. I emphasize carefully.

Ya misting to soften it wouldn't be a bad idea at all. I was reading a journal a few weeks ago where the guy actually used a exacto knife and cut the shells off once the beans popped nice tap roots. I thought this seemed extreme, but his results looked nice, his seedlings seemed to grow fast from the pics to follow.

I use my fingers, the key is to try to split the shell so it basically falls off, not actually pull it off.
