its starting to twist and I was wondering does it matter what direction the tap root points because I might have tp plant the seedling sideways.
been very busy , do they have to be planted down? or does it matter?how come u havnt planted them?
get them planted. u will probably have to dig a bigger hole for the roots to fit into neatly
like I sayed I was to busy to plant them when they crackedshould have plantd them long time ago. leaving a long tap root can lead to males.
you dont let it grow, as soon as the seed pops open put it in the soil with the pointed tap end down
thanks , yea I'll deff make sure I have time for making sure I plant my seeds soon. does it realy matter what way I plant the tap root and the sprouting end?just telling ya for next time
all I know it was starting to point upnot realy, i do try to point the tip down. it makes it work ledd when it starts out. or it needs to curl around like your did first to find were to grow down
I'm doing that right now actuly , I'm glad I soked the jiffy pucks over night so that I'd have enough to plant withThe plant knows which way is up. Plant those seedlings as soon as possible.
see that's the problum I have plants that I started from seeds already growing but I don't know how old they aregrow faq.
dont give anything except water for 3-4 weeks.
I have been planting them but I have 31 seeds to plant and I'm being carful to make sure that I don't damage the tap root it already have and I have 8 leftGo plant them now in the 30 minutes you've been staring at this thread you could be done.
In this case I'd barely cover the seed case it looks like they've already started to sprout.
Normally is doesn't matter which way is up or down, but I'd plant these with the taproot down, it's already long as fuck, and it would have trouble supporting the seedling, poke a hole in the soil with a pen and put them in root down, with the seed case just barely above the soil line.
