its starting to twist and I was wondering does it matter what direction the tap root points because I might have tp plant the seedling sideways.

should have plantd them long time ago. leaving a long tap root can lead to males.
you dont let it grow, as soon as the seed pops open put it in the soil with the pointed tap end down

nuteing question. ok I don't know how old some of my other seedlings are but they are working on their 3rd set of nodes and I was wondering at what node should I start introducing nutes ?

Go plant them now in the 30 minutes you've been staring at this thread you could be done.

In this case I'd barely cover the seed case it looks like they've already started to sprout.

Normally is doesn't matter which way is up or down, but I'd plant these with the taproot down, it's already long as fuck, and it would have trouble supporting the seedling, poke a hole in the soil with a pen and put them in root down, with the seed case just barely above the soil line.

I have been planting them but I have 31 seeds to plant and I'm being carful to make sure that I don't damage the tap root it already have and I have 8 left

like he said.
next time plant it as soon as the seed opens. dont wait for the tap root to come out. just the shell to crack.and as far as nuting goes. first week for counting nutes is once you have your 4th node of true leaves.
then 1/4 mix.
what nutes you have and i hope it`s mot mg soil
