Seedling top growth possible been eaten ?

Hi all

my blackberry auto has been up and running for approx 12 days. 2 days ago I noticed that the top growth not looking normal and after 2 days it’s still looks the same. The first set of true leaves are still growing but anything above seems stunted by this top growth. Looks like it’s been eaten.

Just let it ride no telling what will happen expect the worst but hope for the best
