your soil doesnt seem bad, however me personally i use pure coco soil for seedling and they seem to just accelerate and grow pretty quick. For me i have noticed pearlite interrupts the root structure when they are young it better to not have anything coarse (again just my opinion and experience) I usually transplant from coco to a dirt like your using after the 1st or 2nd set of fan leaves. I hoe this helps for the future but for the time being i would just make sure they are kept a bit moist and they should still spring through cannabis is strong.
