Seedling True Leafs Tips Yellow?

Hello my auto flower dos si dos seedling finally came up after 7 days yesterday and I put it under the my grow light right away but it seems as if the first true leafs are coming in yellow? Is this normal?

yes its normal . it will turn green with the light on it ,it looks like a nice healthy one

Type of light and distance from plant?

It's only a 20watt LED about 15inches away from plant, I was thinking it could be too close

I couldnt say, I have no experience with a 20w light.
