Seedling under so cal during day (75 degrees) and my 125 watt cfl 6500k at night?

Would it be a good idea to put my girl in the sun during the day and my cfl at night?? She's only been Above soil for 3 days and i feel like my cfl isn't gonna get my one plant to veg... Any thoughts?? ALSO, when it's time to flower should i just leave her outside? Because she'll be getting 12 hours of sunlight and 12 hours without and i feel like buying a light is stupid when you have the great so cal sun shining on it instead. Any ideas??

No...a seedlings cant handle full sun then cfl...full sun then cfl ....thatd b too much for em.

What if i hardened them first to the sun though? I mean, if they can handle sun, than surely they can handle a cfl right? If not, then what should i do? Should i just keep it under my cfl?

I did that with my clones for a month and I ending up getting mites..never again will I do that.. and by that I mean take them out outside and bring them in inside under light
