Seedling with swirling leaves? WTF

Can anyone please shed some light on this for me, please? She is Pandora Auto under 2x45w CFL 6500k and 2700k planted in FFOF cut 1 to 2 with home made light mix. She is now 6 days and I have been watering using distilled nursery water with 32oz Vermi T, 1ml Superthrive, 2ml kangaroots per gal. Ph 6.8.
