I jus started growing my weed plant its about 2 weeks old and i wanted 2 know how meany times i should water it a day and how far i should set up a lamp 4 it

keep the lamp as low as possible to the plant without burning it...
water only when the growing medium is dry.. this usually takes somewhere in the 2-4 day range.. your seedling is small.. so it doesnt need much water.. if your watering it everyday there is a good chance you will drowned it and kill it.. or get pythilium rot or something to that affect.. only water when the dirt is dry.. and a plant that small will only need a cup or so of water for the first couple weeks until it start getting bigger and growing faster.. you do have drainage holes in that can right??
