Seedlings 2weeks old a little help plz

Hi guys so my baby's r about 2weeks old and some of them r turning brown on tips and curling a little..I'm running 400hps on 18 6..pics below..I would appreciate any help..thanks
 
Is you light to close for babies should be about 2feet above them and make sure there not drying out do to the light and heat
