What is the true draw of your 250W light and the wattage on lowest setting? For reference my LED for seedlings is a Mars TS 1000 that is an actual 150W. I dim that to 75w @ 18" for first 7-10 days. Good job on the two you supported with added medium. Air circulation to get them wiggling will
strengthen stems.

I’m not sure the actual power draw but at the lowest it said on the website it’s 25 watts turned all the way down

25W @ 10" should stop the production of the hormone causing the rapid cell growth that produces the light seeking stretch. With enough light, the energy will be directed to enlarge the cotyledons and first leaf set to begin photosynthesis. If not, increase to 50W. The stretch will continue until they get closer to the light or get enough light.

I increased the light a bit after my smoke I’ll come back to the seedlings to see any signs of burn

They will grow...that's what plants do... If you are going to grow 6 plants with just that light they may not do so well and the yield will likely not be so great either...just sayin` :bigjoint: How old are they and how did the root ball look when you transplanted? I am also a bit curious about. Why did you decide to not bury those stems?

They are growing way better now and even smell the stems are thickening and the ones I did transplant to bury the stems are growing about half as slow as the long stemmed ones
