Moved seedlings in grow tent 7 days ago and they have not been doing well.

Soil- miracle grow seed starting mixed with perlite.

Light- mars hydro ts1000 hung at 30"
On 18/6 cycle

Watering every 2 days or whenever pots dry out. Haven't fed them any nutes.

Temps are 70-80
Humidity 60%

Not sure what im doing wrong... should i try giving them a light feeding? Here are some pics of my setup. Any help will be appreciated.

If grown in a medium with some nutes, seedlings don't need feedings until 2 weeks in. If grown in medium with no nutes (pure coir, rockwool, hydroton, etc) you need nutes right away.

I've heard the same thing as MickFoster (though I've never used MG).

Didnt realize miracle grow was so bad. I was just using it to start up the plants and then when i re pot them i have some Fox Farm Ocean. Should I do that now? or would that stress them out to much.

That light might be a bit much for them and give them some water now dont saturate the plant. A cup full will do. Mist them 2 times a day. And dont let the medium dry out.

If you have a spray bottle mist them a couple of times a day.

Agree water them a little like 1/4 cup each maybe even less.
The thing about MG is it has time releases nutes. So everytime you water it feeds and burns seedlings often.
Its risky but I would re pot get something double in size for them and fill as much as you can with nute free medium leaving space for the seedling if your comfortable try removing a bit of the MG mix from around the roots.
As for light, how much day light do you get?
Could you place them by a window in direct sunlight?

The yellowing / burn is from the miracle grow ..... plants are not happy with it and it shows. Miracle grow does have “ controlled release fertilizer “ which means they crammed enough to weather 90 days .... whether you like it or not. It “ feeds “ EVERYTIME you water.

You cannot control that .... no matter what you do. That’s why MG can be hit or miss. I would not add any Nutes to this soil .

Look at better “ container “ grow type soils .... Kellogg’s, EB Stone , Happy Frog , Fox Farms , Black Magic , black gold , etc.

That’s nute burn bro, the soil is to hot for them
Would suggest Foliar feed I spray my seedlings from time to time with a liquid seaweed dilute.

I always go down the route of organics
I normally use liquid seaweed or molasses.
Don't bother with miracle grow find an alternative.

Nute burn is bad just flush with ph water 1 or twice then ph the run off.
Also if using soil check your soil hasn't already got nutes already if u over feed that may be where problem is keep an eye on everything u use and check the content.
I use all mix and light mix pre packed with nutes upto 5-6 weeks
