Seedlings food/0 PPM water what to add

if you really want to be fully organic, you should look into dry amendments and make a soil mix. Measuring ppms and using bottles are both things i abandoned years ago.
Fully organic wouldnt that be using manure guano wormcasting type stuff? Anything processed by human isnt really fully organic right?

i mean if you want to be technical lol i suppose, for me organics is anything ORMI or USDA organic lol. Ive used : worm castings, bone meal, blood meal, crabshell meal, alfalfa, kelp, feather meal, glacial rock powder, and more im forgetting

you can absolutely positively start plants from seed or clone just fine in ocean forest, its all ive used as a soil mix base for years. They will easily go 2 or 3 weeks with no food as is. If you want to help them flourish add some worm castings to the mix and imo it could use about 10% more perlite or rice hulls or whatever you use for aeration/drainage
Of course you can but it’s not the ideal substrate for germination by any means, I have used fox farms for a longtime specifically ocean forest I’ve used it as a base mix for my super soil recipes on hundreds and hundreds of plants.

Man never just water. Imo. Start 1/4 strength of any nutrient. Dont listen to the hype. The expensive stuff has the same stuff in them as the less expensive. Never go over 1/2 strength and make sure u mix properly and you are golden. Ph for got. In soil hit between 6 and 7 and you are golden.
you obviously have never grown in organically super soil, there is no hype if you premix the proper organic dry amendments and renew the beneficial bacteria once every two weeks you can grow premium plants with monster yields with just water.
