Hey guys - so i've got my seedlings in an aero cloner, its been about 5 days, water was ph'd to 5.8, rockwool was briefly soaked the cloner/germination station is inside a tent, using a space heater to warm, humidifier when needed. temps have been fluctuating between 80-90 degrees, humidity is high , around 95% but i dont think thats correct. thoughts? controlling the temperature and humidity is harder than i expected

I don't quite get how you're using rockwool and an aero cloner together? Do you have rockwool in netpots? Are you using any clay balls too? What made you want to put seedlings in the cloner? (Not criticising... I had seedlings in a cloner myself while I got the rest of my grow room together but wanted them out of there ASAP)

Timer is essential to stop the water heating up too much. Get one ASAP if you're not running one already. 1 min on and 5 off is ideal (if you have a minute timer) but if you only have a 15 min block timer then run it 15 on and 15 off. Running the pump 24/7 will land you in hot water (literally :D)

Also run some sodium hypochlorite (cleverly marketed as "Clear Rez" in the hydroponics world but also available as "Pool Shock" for swimming pool disinfecting or just get an unbranded bottle of "sodium hypochlorite" powder off ebay). Make a solution of 1 gram of powdered hypochlorite per 5L of water and you have the same stuff as a bottle of "Clear Rez". Add 5ml of this solution per 1L of water in your reservoir. That will keep the reservoir sterile. Treat your res every 3 days and you shouldn't have to fight root rot.

Having said all that... get your seedlings out of the cloner and into whatever medium you want to grow in ASAP.

Why are you heating your room to 80-90 degrees? Indoors our plants do not appreciate temps under 70 or over 80. Ideally your temp will be 75F but sometimes you will get a strain that does prefer a slightly cooler/hotter temp. Typically it is 72F or 78F and I have yet to find a strain that likes 80F. As I always say except Green Crack, that strain of it I had just grows like mad so I am sure there are other exceptions out there. But I have never seen a plant fail to give a good yield at 75F lights on temps.

Also as a note your plants will appreciate a 10 degree drop in temps at night time but I only do 4 or 5 degrees in the summer with no adverse effects.

Yes rockwol inside netpots, this aero cloner is also made to germinate, the temp wasnt intentional we were shooting for 78-82 and weve got it there now
