seedlings in trouble

Help! Both seedlings have lost one embryonic leaf each! Will they survive? The hull of the seed didn't separate completely, and after a few days the leaf that was bearing the husk died. They seem pitiful. What to do?

its gonna be okay. your gonna get 2 sets of leaves instead of 1

They still aren't doing well...I've not seen any new growth. I'm debating on just ditching them....opinions?
