Seedlings leave them

Hey have some seeds sprouting started them a couple of days ago they are in rock wool cubes should I take them out and place in soil now or wait it out for a few?
Also what do you think of my setup I have some Mylar over the dome for reflective properties. Seems to be working soo far. Peace

Hey KC so Wait a few days cool just checked this morning and I have a couple with leaves. I started all bag seed but Durban is 9 of them OG choc. Thai another 3 and 3 not a clue.
