Seedlings question

Hey guys been growing for a while with clones
And using h3ads method of 6ml micro and 9ml bloom in coco coir for entire grow and had success

I’m trying for the first time to grow from seed
I germinated them with the paper towel method And after put them in red solo cups
Before I put the seeds In
i soaked the coco with
1/4 strength of the 6/9ml

And I keep them in the humidity domes
Under t5 lights
They’ve been in the cups for a bout a week and I haven’t feed them since
When should I feed them ? when there dry ? I just mist the dome twice a day to keep humidity in there

keep the coco moist till they sprout check by moving the coco away if its still wet dont water my method i just use a spray bottle on mist and spray every 2-3 days

I have a root coming out of the cups already and do you spray the surface ? And plain water or with ph’Ed nutes
