seedlings yellowing and drooping

indoor grow.
4x4' 6500k and 2x4' 3000k florescent tubes in a 6 bulb bay.
seedlings 8" from lights.
miracle grow organic garden soil ( 50% vermiculite mix in some).
2 weeks old watered a little bit every morning.
fan constantly circulating air and temperature isn't an issue, except for 2 days ago when fan got moved and temperatures got much hotter than normal.
top soil feels dry every morning.

Sounds like you are drowning your plants. You should never water daily in soil. Pictures will help though.

oh i forgot in the top looks dry but stick a finger or something and check moist like 2" deep this soil retain moisture :-o

Wait 2 weeks from seed including germination or 2 weeks after they sprouted? They look a bit stretchy but thats just my opinion. They look overwaterd though.

the first lesson new growers learn via mistake is that seedlings need very light to completely void soil to start off with. no nutrients required

what that miracle grow has done is cook the delicate roots of your plants

if you prefer an analogy, this is why we don't feed babies steak. we feed them mashed up vegetables and breast milk

but the seed comes with breast milk in tow

I'm using FFoF and the nutes packed in the soil is evident in my seedlings. And no its not a good thing. I still have yet to add any nutes going on almost 2 weeks since planted myself :).

Thank you finally a flat out assessment. Now the big question. How do I fix this? I over watered the other day. Easing off them and giving them some space. I was gonna grab some pH solution tomorrow from the organic shop near me. I still haven't checked the pH. Just been using straight distilled.
