typically you want to transplant it into your medium after you get about an inch root. about 2-3 times the length of your seed. and always plant it root down!

Light them up as soon as they sprout. Personally when I used the paper towel method, I would plant when the tap root was about 1/2 to 1 inch long.

Which ever your comfortable with. I just put them right to my regular growing soil, and skip the whole seed starting mix hype. It all depends on the soil. If its hot or timed release nutes, then you need to make sure yur not overwatering (which is a concern in every grow).

Do i put them in peat pellets or staright into soil?
If you are going to be growing in soil then put them straight into soil. I'm not a fan of straight peat, if it dries out it will suck the moisture and life right out of your seedling.

So when the tap root is about an inch how deep do i plant it with abit of the seed sticking out
