seeds and seedbank ??

hi if i get cheap fem seeds does that mean the quality of the plant will prob show in the price off the seed? for instance i can get a cheese seed from several places sum as cheap as £4.95 up to over £10.. should i just pay out the extra or am i just paying 4 the seedbanks name?? thanx
