seeds and strting up

ok so i have a lot of t12 qround. are they ok to germ. with or do i need t8? i have 10 t12 bulbs

i've only used cfl's, but read up on the t12 and t8's
t12's can work, but the t8's will give you better result
but free equipment is pretty nice to use

as long as they are the right color spectrum they should be good. 4100k is good 6500k is optimal just keep em close since the light shines in every direction and watch em grow.
