For legality, I know it was answered but I must mention the story of Marc Emery. He lived in BC, operating a seed bank website. He never went to the US for any reason.

But so many Americans bought seeds from his site, the DEA went into Canada and demanded he be extradited to serve a life sentence in US jail.



Be careful with the laws, they hurt the wrong people most of the time.
