Seeds Grow in Carpet..... who knew???

Usual routine tonight... take my dog down to the beach to play ..... come home..... go upstairs to empty water from a/c drain pan in my grow room.... only when I bent down and moved the pan something caught my eye.... WTF is that?



So I get down on my hands and knees to get a better look..... low and behold... it's a seed sprouted and growing right in my carpet!





All my good strain seeds are accounted for ..... so this must have been one of the old bag seeds I tried to grow a while back that never sprouted. How it got behind the A/C... I have NO IDEA. I don't recall spilling anything from the cups I used.... maybe one of the fans blew it out?..... I roll that A/C all over that area so how it didn't get squashed is also beyond me.

Will it survive? I seriously doubt it as I pulled it out of the carpet with tweezers the root ripped right in half. Whatever.... I went ahead and planted it in a peat pot and stuck it under a CFL.... I figure the little baby deserves a shot to make it considering it's come this far.

that's funny . i accidentally got an F2 growing in the pot of a female when apparently enough pollen stuck around from a yanked male to fertilize one (1) seed ... haha

i've definitely heard of seeds growing in back seats, so it's not terribly surprising. definitely give that guy a shot!

he was on a comedy show from seattle called 'almost live' before that gig. he's pretty funny. one of the other dudes went on to become a weatherman.

i think you should try it for a medium lol jk that is cool as hell i never would have guessed it would have worked. make sure you grow that little one it is determined you probably get some very sweet sensi out of it lol

LOL... oh he's getting a shot. I'm not getting my hopes up because like I said... the root ripped when I pulled it up (it was actually growing down into the carpet fibers and I wasn't able to pull it out without ripping it)..... but I'm sure hoping it makes it.

damn what a nice story would have been nice if that was weed.. i had one little plant that looked like a bug had aten through the stem and i thought it was dead i slapped it between some rock wool and put it in a little cup that holds tooth picks and a couple of weeks later it started growing nice root system so now its budding
