seeds in canada?

Hi, looking for some early misty seeds(10) that i can buy in canada. Does anyone know if i can get them within Canada. I would get them off the internet but i dont want to have to send cash and get them shipped from Europe. Another thing does anyone know if seeds are legal in Canada, can they do anything if you get them in the mail?

I have had a problem with my light which may have slowed things up.. I got a new 1000hps last week. This is week 11 and the triks are going amber.. They look unreal and the buds are heavy.. plants falling over.. will start harvest in a few days
