Seeds not growing, help!

so I germinated my seeds and then i went to a hydroponic store and he recommended since I didn't have a dome to put my seeds in rockwool and then in a zip lock bag to act like the dome. So i did this on Friday 10/21 and now it is six days later and they are not really growing.

I have taken them out of the bag and rewatered them today, 10/27 and lowered the light to about a foot above. I used filtered water. No I did not pre soak the rockwool before.

What am i doing wrong and how can I make these things grow? is it too late?View attachment 1859026View attachment 1859027View attachment 1859028View attachment 1859029View attachment 1859030View attachment 1859031

the ones that have sprouted should be taken out of bag and put under a small cfl for a week or so also plant the ones that has sprouted,is that a hps light??way too much for babies----put a small cfl bulb close to top of babies---3-5 inches at first---no ferts

i did take them out of the bag today. I do not have cfl's, maybe I should try that. It is a 150 watt HPS light. the light was kind of far from them. i have lowered the 150 watt HPS light

Listen when you start to germinate you keep them out of direct light. I actually usually throw mine in a humidity dome in a warm dark place for a few days and then once i start seeing them sprout i crack the edge of the dome to let some fresh air in. Once all sprout i put them in in-direct sunlight to get them hardened off...and then off to direct light.
