My friend lives in a state that has medicinal, and can send me some seeds for my micro grow. What are the chances of me getting pinched by having them shipped to my residence? They are sending them straight from their house, is there a great deal of interstate mail inspection?? Will machines or dogs pick up the smell of seeds? Sorry to be overly paranoid

ehh.. if you want my opinion, well... personally I wouldn't do it.
I would drive to him.. and get them myself. Instead of worrying about
the feds and shit inspecting your mail.
Trust me.. after 9/11 attacks here?? They've really stepped up mail
inspection security. I say trust me.. because I use to work in Memphis,
Tenn. at one of FedEx's terminals. They shoot just about every piece of
mail through xray machines... and other measures to check pieces of mail
coming through. It's tougher than ya think.
You might want to ask him to mail you a picture frame.. but tell
him to take the frame apart... and with the seeds already in a small
container (sealed plastic bag - or whatever) hide the baggy some where
in the frames internals. Put frame back together.. and send it on its
way.
I remember we almost never checked picture frames.. and the ones
we did happen to check... were really hard to find.
The method I just told ya.. try it. It works man... but it's about
the only way for him to get the seeds to you safely without being
confiscated by customs/agents/feds or whoever ya dig?
