You're lacking details and pictures. Once seeds crack and your tap root begins to run, you need to poke a small hole in your medium (already saturated) with the seed no more than 1/4 inch from the surface of the soil. after gently planting, mist twice daily and wait. some may not sprout, but most should. if the seed sprouts and the husk is still surrounding the cotyledons, crack it with tweezers (GENTLY!!!) and remove it.

If it's been seven days, your seeds have probably rotted. try to take pictures and fill in the blanks. If my wife had not thrown my seeds away, I'd send you more with a tutorial and instructions. As is, I'll do what I can for you. How long were they on the pt? did you plant tap down? how deep? how wet?

Thanks man I saturated the soil first the seeds were in the pt for 48 hrs and then I put them root down but I think I may have planted them a little deep and I was pouring the water on directly which I think kept them from sprouting so I went and bought a spray bottle and started watering with that can you give me details as to what you do what is your method of germination

I'd loose the HPS as it is unnecessary at this point and probably doing more harm than good.

check the temp at the surface if the soil don't get it over 85 deg fh, and don't keep your soil soggy ,just keep it from getting dry

floros are perfect for seedlings. Best results (experience) is to germ seeds on a plate. Take one plate, place two paper towels flat on the surface. Saturate under sink, and pour excess water off. Place seeds an inch apart, then cover with two more towels. cover with an identical plate and place in a warm drawer or cupboard, or on top of pc or dvd player or refrigerator. Check every twelve hours, and when seeds 'pop', plant, tip down, with the seed husk no more than 1/4 inch from the surface of you medium. Mist every twelve hours, but only enough to keep medium wet and no soaking. within 24 hours you should have sprouts. While seeds are sprouting, floros are your best bet; cool to the touch, and intense enough to promote growth.

Thanks man I got four Florous in my tent so ill turn those on an start some more seeds tmro hopefully ill have more luck is a heating pad safe to put my cups on and my temps are around 85

So I tossed the two jock horrors and started two jock horror autos and 2 strains from my indoor variety pack from nirvana I put 3 straight into soil and 1 in paper towels I have the ones I planted straight into the soil on a heating pad should I put plastic wrap on them to

Cannabis is a scatter seed so generally in nature it doesn't get deep in soil. Best of luck..
