It all depends on where you ordered the seeds and the delivery method that you choose.

People have suggested Attitude Seeds to me and I think that's who I'll use for my first seed order. Here's the link ---> Attitude Seeds
if your so sketch about signing a package just go to your local headshop and buy the seeds there. yeh theyre more expensive but you dont have to sign. i personally live in canada and buy from the Toronto Seed Bank. and i know seed sales in canada are legal if u live in the US your headshops might not have seeds.

they keep a recommended seed breeder list. I have ordered
from (Amsterdam seeds inc.) 3 times and never sign for
anything. They show up in a padded envelope USPS and all
is well.
