Thanks bro. Yea it could be better but it was a short slow plant. I top or fim a couple plants but not many. I like to keep em as natural as possible but my topped skunk will probaby put out as much as my lst one. Wtf is even the difference between topping and FIM? Lol

topping is when you cut the top of the plant off at the stem. this forces the all other branches to grow.

Fim'ing is when you cut off about 2/3 of the newest growth. this allows the new growth to grow into stems and also forces the other branches to grow.

There is not much difference between them, some DNA responds better than others. Fim'ing makes them a bit bushier than topping. Check out uncle bens topping thread.... it's a great read.

I remember reading his thread a few months back. Hell so all these plants I thought I topped I really FIM'd! At least I learn something everyday. So toppin would be like how I did my male, sorry no pics, but I let it grow to 14" and cut off the top 4" and it made an even canopy with 9 shoots. Really nice, kinda sucks it was male but it looked great. Thanks for that info stoney.

Well even tho my camera is shit now I still wanted to take some pics of the g13 skunk clone and my piddly TNT kush clone I bred. First pics r close ups of the TNT, its just a small single cola clone loaded with seeds. And this is the g13 skunk clone. 5 wks in today (9/10) got the yellowing to stop a bit tho she still is but I'm accustomed to it lol. She's got some seeds in her as swell. Super stoked on both crosses. Everywhere I read it says when a females pollinated they focus on seeds more than bud, but these seeds r forming quick and she continues to pack on bud. I love her! sorry bout the lousy pics. maybe Christmas I can get myself a new cam for badass shots. Enjoy, if u can lol

thanks a ton big dawg! Man this skunk is some bomb ass smoke bro. Probably best strain I've grown so far imo. She stretches bad but the yield makes up. This one looks to be putting out as much as the last and she is in a 1 gallon pot instead of a 3!!

Thanks stoney! Yea bro I'm really excited about her. Didn't think shed get this huge or have this much on it in this container but she's pourin it on for sure. Startin to wander if I should stake her up or something. She may need it after the shot of koolbloom I gave last night. 2-3 days ill do an update so yall can check out the koolbloom explosion, AWESOME product! in the past i used FF beastie bloomz buut not in a while now. I've been sticking with my jacks 20-20-20 general feed all the way through. I've been thinking of getting the bloom booster though.

that's what I use bro and trust me this stuff blows up the buds. There may be better products on the market, I'm not sure, but this stuff kicks ass. Only use a qtr tsp per gallon of water when watering the last 2-3 wks. My smoke hasn't been harsh because of it or anything I just flush real heavy 4-5 days before harvest. And for 20 bucks it comes with 2.2 lbs of this powder. I believe it may last a lifetime. I think it may even help the plant finish a bit faster. I notice trichs changing a lot when I use it and the first g13 skunk was harvested a 6 wks I believe and it was a mild couchlock buzz, Fuckn awesome! Not trying to sound like a salesman tho I do, but I believe for $20 it would be tough to beat.

Hey everyone. Hope everyone and their gardens r goin great. Well I have to post another update. Idk if yall can tell but the kb has got em thickenin up REAL nice. Found out my cam is fucked, image stabilizer is shot in it, so I guess its shitty pics or no pics and I like sharing it with u all. Not sure if yall can c the tape but the biggest bud is at 8", second at 6", third at 5". She will probably be comin down soon, or at least most of her. Hope yall can c a difference from last update like 4 days ago.

Thanks stoney! Yea man I'm impressed everyday with her being in a one gal. Man I think I'm gonna cut the 2 biggest sections next Thursday. Thursday night chop down! Lmao. I'm gonna leave the smaller section cause it has a few buds that have seeds, hopefully it'll keep doing its thing. I harvested the mom at 6 and it was killer so I'm gon c what 1 more wk does. I kno it'll be great smoke! I wanna cut it now lol. I'm still cutting clones of it.

you know i think you're the man, but I'm gonna hit ya hard with this one... I feel you should wait three weeks to chop.

now if you're out of bud and really want to smoke it, then chop when ya want.
Or, If she is jamming up some motion in the cycle and you need to rotate veg out, then chop when ya want.

but her trics look pretty clear yet. and a plant can almost double it's yield in the last couple weeks.

It's your plant though, and i don't doubt your skills one bit, so if you think she is ready, then go for it. maybe wait till next wednesday and decide then...

yea bro, I meant to say I'm sure she's good for 3 more and u hit on many of the things I'm considering. I'm almost out of smoke but I could always just buy 2 wks worth since I have enough TNT for next wk but at the same time I have another g13 skunk I wanna put in flower soon and I really only like having 2 under the 250. Believe me bro I have been thinking non stop to cut or not & when lol. SO MANY DECISIONS! But ud be really surprised when looked at through a 60x mag. I still believe since this koolbloom is a ripening formula actually helps the buds ripen. Last night I was lookn and a fair # of trichs were cloudy and a small # were amber. Idk what ima do bro honestly. I kno ur just helpin me out and I appreciate it

That was a really cool honest answer!!! here is something you could try... put her in that dark for four days before harvest. you could always cut some off right away to get the dry going and then put her in a box or something to keep her dark. then you could still keep the perp going... just food for thought!!
