I ordered several seeds through the Vault and customer service has been good so far. I sent an email asking for a replacement pack of seeds and this is why:
Vault's promo seeds grew well, but the seedsman seeds faltered. Of the one plant that survived I got a male. No problem with it being male, that happens with regular seeds. My main problem was with the germination rate. But that can be a subjective topic despite not being new to gardening. My irrefutable disappointment comes from my regular seeds being auto flower. Not only is my seedsman plant under 24 hour light with opened flowers and pollen falling off of it, but it's a mere 6" tall or so. I'm not growing for the Lollipop Guild.

I wouldn't order seedsman seeds again.
