The thing I absolutely can't stand is their method of replying to customers. You've gotta open a "ticket" or in better terms a claim in which someone will be assigned to. This is where the bullshit starts because now you're basically playing tag with another person via email messaging. And what makes this process so darn excruciating is the fact that you have to wait 2-3 days for a response!!! So what could have been a 15 minute online chat has now turned into a week-long conversation. And oh my goodness the worst part is when they give you a four-word response that solves nor addresses anything useful and you must now wait 2-3 MORE days for their next response which you very well know may not fully fix let alone even address the problem...

I agree. I've been lucky I guess though, I've done it 3 times, each time I got a reply with in 3 hours

!!!!!!!! I've purchased from Seedsman on many occasions and I NEVER received a timely response when opening a ticket. Are you located in the States?

Yes. I usually do my messaging from 8 am to 12pm
You absolutely must be referring to the automated message that gets generated as a response to an opened ticket. That's an automatic response but the actual message from a live Seedsman rep is nowhere near as fast, not even close....

I have used the support center before all this she assured me they will resend the seeds but today they emailed me after 12 days with no response that they can not and will not resend the goods as I should've got the tracked option at the beginning totally scammers if u ask me even though she assured they will resend the goods but they never even send any and use the tracked option as excuse to scam you for my hard earned money. The worst seed bank I ever had to deal in the past 12 years of my growing journey.

But, when it comes to delivery, I almost always end up waiting 3-4weeks. Which definitely sucks, because I see other people getting it in 5 - 9 days.
You are 100% correct they say oh we are very busy and can not respond to any of our emails that's why we keep customers wait 2 weeks for a reply. Issy is the person who is purposely not responding to any ones email so the 45 days can pass and you wont be able to open a investigation with your credit card company.

I have to be honest with you and say that this one is completely and totally on you my friend... They openly & plainly state that seeds will not be resent without the purchase of tracking. Tracking is optional but it is absolutely mandatory if you wish to follow/track your package. Without the ability to track the whereabouts of the items how can you prove your case??? Seedsman has zero proof that your seeds never arrived so why would they resend seeds that could very well be germinated and planted already as far as they know. Not that I believe you would do such a thing like that I'm just giving an example of why I believe they didn't honor your return. I've ordered from then plenty of times and I never got scammed...

I ordered my seeds on Aug 5 2019 for almost $200 I waited for 2 weeks no emails on weather they shipped my package I emailed Issy in seedman customer service she said wait for 25 days as this is ridiculous waiting time for a seed company I ordered seeds from Australia and it was in my mailbox in 14 days and seedman takes 25 days plus if u want tracked shipment that's an extra $15 do ridiculous. I never recieved my order and they never respond to 5 emails I send them they are a scam I expect a seed company when u spend $200 to provide free tracked stealth shipment but they are a big disappointment never will buy anything from them ever.
Seedsman will take care of you as long as you paid for the insurance. They will reship your order after the 25 business day wait. The reason for the wait is due to customs, they put holds on random items sometimes. It happened to me on my first order, I waited the 25 days and they resent my entire order, complete with the freebies and all. I received the resent order in 1 week. The funny thing about it was that about a a week and a half later, customs ended up releasing my first order and sent it to me. I ended up with a 2x as many seeds. Just be patient, they will take care of you. Also, make sure to be polite when contacting them. If they are not returning your emails, I am guessing that maybe you were rude? No offense, but nobody wants to go out of their way to help someone who is rude, or insulting, etc. Good luck and keep an eye out for your order, it may just show up.

With the purchase of 200 usd shouldn't a company provide tracking automatically? I just got seeds from a another good seedbank I only spend 134 usd they automatically provided tracking along the other purchases I did in the last 8 years.

I just got seeds with a different legit seed bank I spend almost half of what I spend with seedman and they provided automatic tracking and insurance you see the difference in customer service shipping a 50 Gram package cost nothing really other than 5 $ not 15 $ plus insurance on top which sounds ridiculous if u ask me

With the purchase of 200 usd shouldn't a company provide tracking automatically? I just got seeds from a another good seedbank I only spend 134 usd they automatically provided tracking along the other purchases I did in the last 8 years.
but did they guarantee a replacement order if it got confiscated or lost? Just curious :peace:

Thanks I hope if will but its more than 45 days now its unlikely I guess. I ordered more than 50 different strains so far and recieved every single one of them even some shady seedbank but I got nothing from seedman it might be that unlucky purchase

I have only dealt with 2 seed banks over the last 10 years, Herbies and Seedsman. I will say one thing, Seedsman quality is spot on and you get what is advertised every time

Issy assured me they will take care of me and resend the goods I have her email which she clearly saying that in writing but now they dont want to resend or refund the goods so confusing transaction.

I have only dealt with 2 seed banks over the last 10 years, Herbies and Seedsman. I will say one thing, Seedsman quality is spot on and you get what is advertised every time
I guess I'm that unlucky customer for them. But im happy I found another seedbank from Netherlands with amazing free tracking. I can not wait to recieve the goods and start planting the beans.

I was very surprised when my original order finally showed up, sometimes customs will just hold random stuff from other countries for a time and then release it. I am also skeptical of mail carriers these days too, a lot of people grow weed
