Seedsman will take care of you as long as you paid for the insurance. They will reship your order after the 25 business day wait. The reason for the wait is due to customs, they put holds on random items sometimes. It happened to me on my first order, I waited the 25 days and they resent my entire order, complete with the freebies and all. I received the resent order in 1 week. The funny thing about it was that about a a week and a half later, customs ended up releasing my first order and sent it to me. I ended up with a 2x as many seeds. Just be patient, they will take care of you. Also, make sure to be polite when contacting them. If they are not returning your emails, I am guessing that maybe you were rude? No offense, but nobody wants to go out of their way to help someone who is rude, or insulting, etc. Good luck and keep an eye out for your order, it may just show up.
