Seeling yellowing

Hey. Im new to growing. I got the seeds to sprout and start to grow but now the leaves are yellowing and sagging and im not sure why. I started them off in jiffys that were origonally soaked and then i sprayed them two times a day with new water. only misting not soaking. Ill post some pictures but im not sure what im doing wrong. I am using an LED at 5600k running at about 35% brightness a foot away. during the day i take them outside for direct sunlight. any thoughts?
Just don't ever put your plants directly outside in full sun especially small like that even ones that are two months old. The sun will burn them. They need to acclimate in shade for about a week then can handle the full sun. Cloudy for a few days even before. Better to put in window sill for that sunlight. Since you have lights wouldn't unless plan on planting outside.

I have been putting them outsdie everyday in the sun since the first two main leaves showed up...... could that be the problem?

update! after switching to the solo cups and putting my LED at 100% brightness green is slowly coming back to the leaves. I ordered the new light it will get here tomorrow but i think they may come full circle!

I'm honestly baffled to see yellow seedlings. Shouldn't be anything with nutrients as I've learned they got all they need in those cotyledons for at least the first set of real leaves. Course I'm green behind the ears myself here, could be wrong.

Also, this Gec G1000 light has guides for distance and intensity, but I found for me 2' @50% worked well for seedling. Granted plant strain is a factor too. AND there is one red led that looks 50% dimmer/smaller than the other red diodes - it's by design. I thought mine was defective when I got it haha.

Okay so all the plants are green again in the middle some of the outer leaves are yellow and shrivled up but its looking alot better. Only thing is one of them is super tall. and thin. Should i burry more of the stem under the soil?

Suspect that light you had was the problem, only it wasn't because it crashed too bright.

Similar things happen if you leave them in dark.
