Seized Seeds and the Attitude Comes through!

  • Just wanted to post my experience with the attitude, I have placed many orders with them and all arrived perfectly however my last order the seeds were seized by customs. I sent an email to Laura at the Tude explaining what had happened including pictures of the package and the letter that came with it and she got right back to me and they instantly have another order processing for me! That is what I call great customer service and I could not be more happy. I will never order anywhere else unless I wanted a strain they did not carry.

I also ordered from ATTITUDE and my beans were seized in LA it was only a $25 order so it didn't make sense for me to pay an additional $10 on top of my shipping charge. Well beans were intercepted I contacted attitude with a pretty photo of the letter I received from customs. They told me there was nothing they could do and to order it AGAIN and this time pay the extra $10. They must be insane I order from HERBIES who DOES NOT charge extra for guarantee shipping and also sends free gifts. Long story short stay away from attitude and go with HERBIES. just look though this forum and see how many complaints attitude has vs herbies. Herbies has some of the best customer service and shipping out there.
 
Blazin any update on the beans? I just placed an order with the tude a week ago, but they went through the windy city, a little iffy about getting them due to so many threads on people getting there beans taken. I checked the tracking and there on the way. Does anyone know the usual wait time for them to clear customs? I had mine sit for 4 days, which I think is normal, but not sure.

Mine left isc in Chicago last night at4:58 pm to USPS in Chicago . So should be on the way . Mine was checked into the us on the 11th in isc by 14th and out by the 16th Nd from what ie read that's a pretty good time frame . From what I've read also , I've taken back that if your package gets seized by customs it's delayed a few days . So the constant movement should be some relief to u :) good luck man
 
Just got my package today and chicago is where mine were siezed hoping the tude takes care of me as well 70 bucks down the drain if the dont and to top it the fuckers place a tag on the wallet witha sad face and underneath it saying shit! Nice purse and on the other side enjoy your purse same green tape on mine damn government
 
Ordered from Attitude and didn't get the guarantee when i should have :dunce: ordered on the 13th of June, arrived in Chicago on the 15th and has been there ever since, here is the info on the package, not sure what's going on but probably seized, hopefully someone can can convince me otherwise

Just wanted to add that the same just happened to me. I live in Canada and they were seized in Toronto.
It is a $100 order and I took the guaranteed delivery.

Well at least you did the smart thing and got the guarantee unlike me :wall: Did you get a letter? I didn't get a letter or anything and its just been in Chicago for a long time so do you think its most likely been seized?

hey sneak try not using with wallet next time if you use the tude again. the reason i say this is I notice alot of wallets go. i mean shirts do , but if you read forums alot it seems wallets do tons! i think its because customs also looks for counterfeits , so when they see a wallet pop up on the xray maybe theyre inclined to look harder and pay attention? i realize youre resend is alreay enroute but just some food for thought. I know personally i ordered a wallet , cufflinks ,and cologne from germany a year back and it was investigated to shits by customs. theyre assholes. good luck :joint:
 
Has anyone here every had an order intercepted that was just seeds in a padded envelope? Seems to actually be the most fool-proof method!
 
My orders were confiscated four times in the past 4 weeks, Herbies gave me a full refund (well, almost) after the 2nd attempt, I'm super happy with their customer service, will order from them again for sure. Attitude resent my order immediately but it was caught by custom again yesterday. I hope I can get a refund as well, nothing goes thru the custom it seems...might be a good idea to wait until Christmas to place my order again.

I had a couple orders come through Chicago in May in just the padded envelope..no problems then but idk about now.
