love the entrepreneurial spirit, love the look of the product, keep up the good work.

I would suggest having an etsy store and ebay store.

Go on google or look in the phone directories and find as many shops as you can that you think will stock your product and approach them. I think you could make a good some of money if you found enough people to buy it.

so i went to the more upscale store that i sold some too to check how much they were selling them for and just to see them in a store. and they are selling them for 40 dollars. which i feel is insane. i need to get out and sell some personly i want to have a farmers market stand but you need all this damn paper work. might have to give it a go. just would suck if i lose money...

Nice work, looks good.

Here's my experience..I sell a product to my customers wholesale for $9 per unit. They in turn sell it for between $13 - $16.99 per unit. At first I thought this was insane until I saw they all were selling out and I can barely keep up.

$40 for that collar is not insane. Pet owners are nutso, myself included. I paid $40 for a collar for my Cattle Dog not too long ago. Price high, you can always go lower until you find the sweet spot. Don't be afraid to ask a decent price. In fact I paid about the same for a nice para-cord leash that I use as well. I love it because it's solid, doesn't tangle and will last forever.

You are making a quality handmade product and your pricing should reflect that.

Also, I never ever do consignment.

Great looking collars. I'd buy one if I needed one, maybe when his other one wears out.
