Selling to dispensaries in Michigan?

That said, use your judgement and remember if you plan on making big money being a caregiver, you are probably going to come to grief. Look at it as a way to pay for your hobby and help a few patients (up to 5), not a commercial business.

I hav to disagree with this last part Doc. You and I are both making this a commercial business. Your are selling your services no different than I am. You hav years of schooling that you feel warrants your fees. So do I. I grow growers, the flowers are just a way of grading the student.

It's not "just" migraines, they can really ruin your life - I originally got my card for them, so the answer is yes.

Punklize those are good prices. Does anyone think a person with just migraines can get a medical card?
Bigtacofarmer where are you at? what state?
Just migraines??? Yes. And try some Simpson type oil when you get legal.
A patient of a patients patient has them so bad she rarely can leave the house. The caps are one of the only meds (out of years of big pharm) that give her relief.

Migraines qualify under pain, spasm, and nausea. Many patients are devastated by them. They clearly support a rec, just make sure it is documented that you have sought medical care for them.

Unfortunately it is not a commercial business, you can recover expenses on your 5 patients. Commercial grows are not authorized under the act. Commercial grows are the target of the DEA. That is different for medicine, auto mechanics, and etc. Look at the actual language of the caregiver/patient transfer for compensation part of the Act. There is nothing about having a farm.

The current law of the land is the COA with McQueen. Until the SC changes that, we have to live within that framework.

I'm with that corso. A schedule two might help them fuck off a little more too. that's getting closer to steroids and you got to be one giant fish to get taken down for that shit. Like Lance and BALCO big, nobody gives a shit unless you're juicing the whole country and half the sports people bet on.

The problem with schedule 2-5 is those meds must have a prescription with amount, route, and quantity written by the physician and filled at a pharmacy. You can't grow vicodin in your basement. Schedule 2's like methadone and oxy are frequent targets of the DEA, both patients and prescribers.

Far better would be to DE schedule and leave it up to the states to control how they regulate marijuana, both medical and recreational.

All true doc, my point was more that the trophy is losing it's polish for pot busts should that reschedule happen. The public ataboy is getting softer as well.

I prefer to say the tide is turning and it is time to get on the right side of history. But essentially you are correct. There seems to be some planning on the part of the feds. Find a poor patient that can't defend themselves, call federal supremacy into play, get a ruling that they can't afford to appeal.

We shall see what happens out West. My only hope is that everyone takes the gift of the voters and uses it well, we don't want sound bites for the Feds of 10 year olds getting stoned, or such nonsense. Don't give them excuses, and every day the law stands, the stronger we become.

Yeah the feds can stick that lame propaganda. Up their ass. They tried that in rado ...taking pictures of a kid riding his bike in front of a dispensary..gasp, oh no....did not work there either
