semi gloss paint

ive been reading that semi-gloss is not good for a grow closet and flat white should be used. is that just for the flower cycle of vegging as well? thanks.

yup, it reflects the most light while not creating heat spots that can lead to burns on leaves. just a flat white. it gets dirty, perhaps dirtier then a glossy paint would, but paint is cheap and white paint is even cheaper. If you can find a white flat latex paint, thats the way to go.
