So should a black guy be able to chose who he associates with on a mutual and consenting basis of the other party and who he decides not to associate with on a basis of his own choosing or should somebody else force their choices on him, regardless of his wishes?

the scenario you describe is the opposite of what happened. civil rights were not passed into law because black people didn't want to serve whites. civil rights were made law because racist whites refused to serve black people. civil rights ended that racist practice.
and you have been triggered ever since.

I'm not aware of any Klan activity in the areas I frequent. When you say "you guys" like that, it's kind of like asking a person who doesn't beat their wife, if they still beat their wife though.
History denial? I don't deny that many black people received horrible treatment from white people. It's horrible to forcibly prevent a person from controlling his own body and his own property wouldn't you say?
