It looks fine to me.... There are no nutrient deficiencies... no holes... the new growth is allways lighter than the rest.... carefull not to over nute.... only fertilize every 3 waterings... unless thats some realy crappy soil... and at this point you dont even need ferts.... you should be fine with the nutes in the soil for the first 4 weeks of the plants life.... good luck... i wouldnt do anything to them but water them with ro water....

I began watering them with a 1/3 dose of Fox Farm Big Bloom and Grow Big. The plants seem to be liking it, growth has been green and healthy looking.

I put in two DIY CO2 generators on the inside to help deal with the temps occasionally getting up to 86-87.

I'm continually staking down new growth, how does my LST work look so far?

here is what a good AK mommy will look like after 2 months.

I have a couple in flower right now, I have read they take awhile.

They veg like f'ing crazy under CFL.
Nice plant! The flowering stage is supposed to take from 60-70 days. Unfortunately I'm on a tight schedule so I'll have to harvest at around 60 days flowering whether they're ready or not.

Day 41

I accidentally chopped off one of Joy's fan leaves today while training them :( She's been a real bitch to train, she keeps pulling her stakes right out of the ground. I tried something new on her, which was to bend a hook around the outside of the container and tape it there. She won't be breaking free of that!

never thought of scrog?
I knew of it but it seemed a little complicated and I wanted to keep it kind of simple for my first grow. I'll definitely be looking into that if I grow again. I've decided to stop LSTing and just let the girls do their thing, should be interesting :)

Good decision.. you should have enough bends for some tops to grow on... then when those get about 2 nodes up you fim or top them so you get even more shoots/tops.... have fun.. is the 60 day thing still firm?

Day 44

I noticed yesterday that some leaves near the bottom on a few of the plants were turning yellow. I went on the hunch that it was N deficiency, so I went ahead and fed them all with some nutes. So far so good today, growth seems to have shot up and it all looks healthy.

Day 48

The nute feeding last week turned out to be too much. I had given them 1/2 dose of FF Grow big and Big Bloom. I'll be sure to keep all further doses at most 1/3.

Some of the plants are showing sexes! Shorty had some big ol' balls on him so I removed him and cut him down a couple days ago. Maria, Chimichanga, and Sensimilla are all showing their lady parts. To be determined yet are Joy and El Rapido. I put them into flower today with a 12/12 schedule. Looking forward to some nice colas :)
