serious seeds chronic- appearance of seeds

Hey people.
I just got my first order from attitude and it was serious seeds chronic.

Happy with attitude, fast and the free seeds look good.

My initial reaction to seeing the chronic seeds wasn't 100% good...more like 80% I guess.
They don't all look the same and are a little pale. I saw some pics from a grow a few years ago and those chronic seeds looked much bigger and healthier.

I could be overreacting I know but
a) it was a lot of money and I wanted something good.
b) i will not be growing these anytime soon so if there is an issue in the future that's tough for me.

This is what I was gonna say. Germinate the ugliest one and see how that goes.. I ordered from Serious Seeds and all 5 of my females popped and didnt hermie.

i can't grow them out right now, sigh, wish i could.

Yeah, I was thinking that but then I would hate to kill it if it did grow. With my luck that would be the best out of the ten.
Did your female seeds look like mine?

mine looked the same mate i ordered 2 packs of the fem chronic and all was good they germed pretty quick and grew the same the only prob i had was the shell casing got stuck on a couple of them and i had to help it off, other than that the only advice i would give you is make sure that your humidity is good and you don't overfeed them they're light feeders. i would and most likely will grow them again as i liked the high

they are seeds, don't be so nervous.
it's hard to tell just by looking at seed how they are going to grow.

Mine were pretty brown. I always take a little nail file and lightly file the seed anyway some people will put a emery board in a matchbox and scuff up the surface that way this helps during germination.

This is happening to my Super Lemon haze I always germinate in paper towel then after that I stick it in a rapid rooter plug and into a dome with 5.5 PH water for at least a couple weeks until mass roots are growing out the plug then I make the transfer . Anyways the shell fell off one but is still stuck on the other seedling.. I just wait till they fall off. But yeah I mist my dome every few hours with the T5 on 24/7.

i do pretty much the same mate only difference is i germ in a shot glass of norm tap water and then once the tap root is out i put them straight into root riot cubes and into the dome spraying once or so a day with filtered tap water about 6.5 and then once the roots are out the same as you mate pot them up and they stay on a 24/7 light shed with a 150w cfl over them, i tried leaving the 2 most stubborn seedlings but they fell over and i didn't want them lying down in any damp spots so i used the misses sewing needles to pry the casings off, i gave them a few days after the others had shed theirs but got impatient i'm sure they would have been fine though i just like to try and keep everything moving at the same pace. on a side note out the 12 chronics i had i killed 2 off after a couple of weeks as they were falling behind and the 1 looked week in comparison to the rest
