My uneducated guess is they haven't done anything since the 70s? If anything originally? That's a whole debate on its own ... So I would say (until corrected) that no they are not doing any breeding programs. Hard to say if even Serious Seeds has any breeding programs going on right now. But everything Serious Seeds has is their own. And almost everything Dutch has...is not their own.

They did inherit warlock and a few others from Magus genetics however the dude who ran that always said if standards slip too much he wouldn't let em sell there varieties and they still got em these days for what it's worth as for Dutch passion the odd thing was there own the rest was bought in some not paid for entirely either like blueberry for example they ripped DJ off pretty sure also there older khola was in reality kc33 as well
