Serrated leaves yellowish+drooping on weed sprout

What's up guys? This is my first grow and it was going pretty good I have four 1 week old sprouts. The only problem is I woke up early this morning and the first serrated leaves on a couple of sprouts were pointed downward. I'm kinda figuring I might have overwatered because I got the wrong advice from somebody on watering my sprouts. I am using Stagreen soil which stays moist for quite a while. I stopped all watering and opened the blinds at sunrise and put them near the window and moved them outdoors later when it got warmer to see if maybe the sun would get rid of some of the moisture in the soil, and it did so ,but I noticed a lil while ago the serrated leaves are pointing down more and look kinda yellowish?? I havent added any nutes do to the fact that they are just babies. Help would be much appreciated. the pic with all for cups was taken yesterday. the others were taken today

It still may be that the soil itself is too hot for the young sprouts possibly try mixing some perlite if you can access some.

Coho: they are in Sta-green soil. Which i just learned has time release nutes. So I guess I was nuting and didnt even know. I think it was overwatering tho because I loosened the soil around the cups edges and stopped watering and when I woke up this morning the leaves looked brighter and more perky. I will post pics later.

Cropz: You think so?? where I live temps have been ranging from 65-75. If I remix my soil now and replant my seedlings would go into shock wouldnt they?? I hear alot about vermiculite and perlite. Also hear good things about Fox Farms. This is an outdoor grow so any help would be appreciated guys. thanks for the quick responses.

What he means by 'hot' is not the temperature of the soil, it's the nutrient concentration. It may be too high for your young plants.
