That plant is not having a good happy life, youll spend hours trimming those little popcorn nugs. Was the plant shaded its entire life?

The pictures are a bit small, I honestly can't tell. I think I see what looks like pre flowers, but I could be idtentifying that wrong. If anything, I'd say it's too early to tell.

When did you switch them to 12/12?
