Sex my plant please (pic included)

Threw a 12 day old tiny sprout into my flowering room as a study and i noticed this 14 days later. What does this say about how early they can start to flower? Im sorry im acting like i made a scientific breakthrough or something, I guess most of this has been documented, lol. Anyway, to the real reason i posted:

idk now i blew the pix up some.. looks almost hermie to me as i see male bits and what looks to be pistils on the top there...

what strain and from what breeder is is m8..

I live right by the Mexican border so all my stuff comes from my neighbors, lol. Im 100% certain now that the Mexican stuff that winds up in the northern states in not in the same shape (or potency) it starts off here.

oh hell yah, i'm sure as well.. when you look back to like the 70s and the weed that people smoked back then, many faves from them came from mexico.. alcopulco gold, and a few others i'm not even going to attempt to spell correctly, lol..
a big part of why brick weed is so shit is the way it's handled.. i have heard plenty of horror stories on how they package bud to be shipped across the borders.. pouring things like coca cola and many others on it don't do much for taste, lol...
even if it was half way decent when it started out, it's pretty much got a snow balls chance in hell of making it anywhere other then mexico while still being decent imho..
