Like I said, I've never seen blood for some reason. Even if I did I wouldn't really care.
 
Anal Ease is a lube that has some lidocain in it. It helps a lot if it's her first time. Lots and lots of lube, patient stretching with your fingers and then ease it in.

Well I was a playa playa and I had at least 3 girls and if one was on her period I'll go check the other I remember getting head from both my girls in one day because of periods. NO SHOWER ewwww. My wife rapes me sometimes when she's on her rag. Usually I just give it to her anyway. No shame its all part of the job description.
 
I agree with April, I'm always horny at the time of my period but I refrain, apart from making out and stuff... I know some people are into that but I think it's gross. All that blood must make for extra lube though and orgasms help period pain.

blood, much like water (hot tub sex is over-rated), does not make a good lube.

I've fucked in a pool multiple times, one of the only places I could at my fiance's house, and it was sweet :P So aerobic lol

Not sure about hot tubs though...
