I'm not talking shit, what you did is NOT LST. you tied your plant down for 2 fucking days then let it go, you did nothing.

I tie em down for a couple of days as well.. works great, just long enough for the plant stalk to stay there.. then pick a new spot and tie it. I can make one plant cover the whole room if I want, as long as you can give the roots room and lots of food
